Two muslin potlis filled with dried herbs, rice and rock salt, as used in traditional kizhi massage. Warm in a pan and press along the shoulders and back.
Warm a potli in a dry pan with a spoon of body oil until warm, never hot; test on your wrist. Press and roll along the shoulders and back. Each potli can be used 3-4 times; store in the fridge between uses.
