Which body oil suits me?
Each product page explains the three blends. Our abhyanga guide has a short way to choose; in cool, dry weather most people like the Vata blend.
Are your products medicines?
No. They are traditional blends for everyday rituals. If you are pregnant, nursing, take medicine or have a health condition, ask your doctor before use.
Why does my honey look grainy?
Raw honey crystallises naturally in cool weather. Stand the jar in warm water to soften it.

How do I track my order?
Open Track your order and enter your order number with the phone number or email address you ordered with.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us from our contact page with your order number as soon as you can. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be changed.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹599 or more. Below that, the charge for your PIN code is shown at checkout, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 working days; delivery takes 3-6 working days after that, by PIN code. Each product page shows the date for your PIN code.
Payments
Which ways can I pay?
Checkout lists every way you can pay, including Cash on Delivery.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on the store includes GST.
Returns
Can I return something?
You can return an item within 10 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging. Our returns policy has the details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Write to us from our contact page with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
